GAO Rejects Beechcraft's Protest Of Air Force Contract

Law360, New York (June 14, 2013, 7:00 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office on Thursday rejected Beechcraft Corp.’s protest of a contract worth up to $950 million to build light air support planes for the Afghan military that was awarded to a joint venture led by Sierra Nevada Corp.
