Justices To Weigh Airline's Immunity From Defamation Suit

Law360, New York (June 17, 2013, 2:58 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to hear an airline's appeal of a former pilot’s defamation win, from which the airline says it is immune under a post-9/11 law intended to encourage the reporting of security threats absent a determination the report was false.
