26-Story Vegas Casino Wins Nevada Commission Approval

Law360, New York (June 19, 2013, 5:25 PM EDT) -- A southern Nevada commission gave a key nod Wednesday to a new casino and resort hotel project in Las Vegas that will be at least 26 stories high — though possibly higher if the project wins an appeal with the Federal Aviation Administration.
