Reader's Digest Affiliate Seeks Extension To File Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, New York (June 18, 2013, 2:08 PM EDT) -- Direct Entertainment Media Group Inc., a subsidiary of Reader’s Digest parent RDA Holdings Co., on Monday asked a New York bankruptcy judge for an extension of its deadline to file a Chapter 11 plan without the threat of a rival plan being submitted.
