Law360, Los Angeles (June 19, 2013, 5:50 PM EDT) -- Military technology company ArmorWorks Enterprises LLC filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection Monday, looking to put an end to an ongoing dispute with an investor over who should control the company.
