Saudi Prince's Movie Deal Case Gets Trimmed Midtrial

Law360, Los Angeles (June 19, 2013, 7:42 PM EDT) -- A California judge tossed a Saudi prince's punitive damages and fraud claims against a film producer on Wednesday, midway through a trial over their failed Hollywood business venture, ruling the prince had presented no evidence that the producer acted with malice or intended to defraud.
