Law360, New York (June 19, 2013, 4:43 PM EDT) -- Military leaders told a Senate panel Wednesday that the long-troubled F-35 Joint Strike Fighter procurement has made significant progress since it was labeled “acquisition malpractice” by a U.S. Department of Defense official, but experts warned that concerns remained about the program's long-term costs.
