FBI Head Urges Sens. To Preserve Drone, Phone Surveillance

Law360, New York (June 19, 2013, 5:14 PM EDT) -- FBI Director Robert Mueller on Wednesday admitted that the agency occasionally deploys unmanned aerial drones in U.S. airspace, and urged Senate lawmakers to exercise caution before making any changes to the government's ability to monitor individuals through both drone use and the collection of vast troves of phone records.
