Trial Court Erred In $7M Gov't Contract Dispute, IT Co. Says

Law360, Miami (June 19, 2013, 7:44 PM EDT) -- An information technology and engineering services company argued before a Florida appeals court Wednesday that a trial court erred in granting summary judgment for two companies it sued over $7 million in alleged damages from a broken business relationship and the procurement of a federal contract.

“This case should not have been decided by usurping the jury,” Alpha Data Corp.'s counsel Barry Richard of Greenberg Traurig PA told the First District panel.
