Stuy Town Owners Strike Midlease Rent Deal With NY AG

Law360, New York (June 20, 2013, 5:30 PM EDT) -- In an agreement with the New York State Attorney General, the owners of Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village have agreed to take back recent midlease rent increases and not impose future midlease increases for 2,000 tenants, according to a Wednesday announcement.
