Ex-Interpublic Exec Seeks To Arbitrate Facebook Deal Claims

Law360, New York (June 19, 2013, 6:40 PM EDT) -- An attorney for a former Interpublic Group of Cos. Inc. executive who says the advertising company cheated him out of a $380 million Facebook Inc. investment he helped arrange told a New York state judge Wednesday that his claims should be arbitrated.
