Apple's $53M IPhone Warranty Settlement To Win Green Light

Law360, San Francisco (June 19, 2013, 7:49 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge indicated Wednesday he would give preliminary approval to a $53 million settlement between Apple Inc. and a class of 4,000 iPhone and iPod Touch users who say Apple wrongfully refused to provide warranty coverage for their devices.
