Medical Supplier Group Sues HHS To Delay Competitive Bids

Law360, New York (June 19, 2013, 7:18 PM EDT) -- A group of medical equipment suppliers sued U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius in Washington, D.C., federal court on Wednesday to halt the expansion of a competitive bidding program for Medicare's purchases of the durable medical equipment.
