Key Spinka Tax Fraud Witness Gets 3 Years' Probation

Law360, Los Angeles (June 20, 2013, 3:21 PM EDT) -- A health care entrepreneur who helped prosecutors target an ultra-Orthodox Jewish sect's generationslong tax fraud that cheated the federal government out of hundreds of millions of dollars was sentenced to three years' probation Thursday for defrauding a charity out of $5.6 million in the 1990s.
