Delta-Virgin JV Cleared By US, EU Antitrust Regulators

Law360, New York (June 20, 2013, 6:22 PM EDT) -- Delta Air Lines Inc. on Thursday received antitrust clearance in the U.S. and Europe to move forward with its proposed investment in Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd. and a related joint venture between the companies on flights across the Atlantic.
