American Airlines Sues Fuel Co. Over Miami Airport Fire

Law360, Miami (June 20, 2013, 1:11 PM EDT) -- American Airlines Inc. filed suit Monday in Florida state court against Allied Aviation Fueling of Miami Inc. and its affiliates, seeking damages it incurred after a March 2011 explosion and fire at the defendants' fuel storage and delivery system at Miami International Airport.
