Tishman Will Battle Pared-Down Suit Over $15M Broker Fee

Law360, New York (June 20, 2013, 7:13 PM EDT) -- A New York state appeals court agreed on Thursday to let Tishman Speyer Properties LP face a trimmed suit over whether it owes a $15 million broker fee on the renewal of an advertising agency's lease in midtown Manhattan.
