Law360, Dallas (June 21, 2013, 3:51 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday said a trial judge wrongly allowed a class of landowners seeking natural gas royalties from ConocoPhillips to alter its claims without an additional certification hearing and without considering whether the class claims were barred by an earlier Supreme Court ruling.
