Orbital Accuses Boeing/Lockheed Space JV Of Colluding

Law360, New York (June 24, 2013, 5:42 PM EDT) -- Virginia-based Orbital Sciences Corp. hit a joint venture of aerospace giants Boeing and Lockheed-Martin on Thursday with $515 million in anti-competitive claims that it blocked the NASA contractor’s access to certain rocket engines by extending its exclusivity agreement with the engine’s only manufacturer.
