FTC Probes Google's $1B Waze Buy

Law360, New York (June 24, 2013, 6:34 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission is reportedly investigating Google Inc.'s proposed $1 billion acquisition of traffic mapping and mobile navigation startup Waze Inc. following complaints from a consumer advocacy group that the transaction would further consolidate Google's dominant grip on mobile map apps.
