Arab Bank Asks High Court To Review Terror Aid Sanctions

Law360, New York (June 24, 2013, 7:07 PM EDT) -- Arab Bank PLC on Monday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review decisions upholding tough discovery sanctions and refusing to dismiss Alien Tort Statute claims from litigation brought by victims of terrorist attacks who claim the bank aided known terrorists, saying both decisions were contrary to law.
