Kodak Gets Judge's OK To Solicit Votes For Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, New York (June 25, 2013, 5:54 PM EDT) -- Eastman Kodak Co. on Tuesday received the go-ahead to solicit votes for the reorganization plan that will pave its way out of bankruptcy as well as several agreements that will secure it hundreds of millions of dollars in exit financing and new equity financing.
