Rothstein Trustee Cannot Halt Versace Mansion Lawsuit

Law360, Miami (June 25, 2013, 2:40 PM EDT) -- The trustee overseeing the Chapter 11 liquidation of Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein's law firm fell short Monday in his efforts to halt a state court case over Gianni Versace's former South Beach mansion, which Rothstein had invested in and is currently on the market for $75 million.
