$74M Patent Verdict Against Cisco Wiped Out By Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (June 25, 2013, 7:08 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit ruled in a precedential opinion Tuesday that a defendant's good faith belief that a patent is invalid can be a defense to induced infringement, vacating a $74 million jury verdict that found Cisco Systems Inc. infringed a Commil USA LLC wireless networking patent.
