Poor Reviews Cost Company Navy Contract, Fed. Circ. Says

Law360, Los Angeles (June 25, 2013, 4:24 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday denied a maritime service provider's claim that the U.S. Navy erroneously awarded a South Asia maritime husbanding services contract to a rival company, ruling that the Navy's decision was reasonably based on negative customer feedback over related contracts.
