Judge Upholds $5.5M Illinois Tool Win Over Car-Intake Patent

Law360, New York (June 25, 2013, 5:01 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday upheld a jury's $5.5 million verdict against auto parts maker MOC Products Inc., which was found to have infringed a patent held by rival Illinois Tool Works Inc. covering technology for cleaning automotive intake systems.
