Glaser Weil Rips Shopping Center Owner's Malpractice Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (June 25, 2013, 6:11 PM EDT) -- Glaser Weil Fink Jacobs Howard Avchen & Shapiro LLP told a California judge Tuesday that it can't be sued for malpractice by the owners of popular San Diego tourist spot Seaport Village because it never represented them in an underlying dispute over control of the property.
