Chevron Wins Access To Email Info In Ecuador Pollution Row

Law360, New York (June 25, 2013, 11:04 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday upheld its order allowing Chevron Corp. to subpoena Microsoft Corp. for email account information on nonparties in Chevron's racketeering suit against New York attorney Steven Donziger, who represents a group of Ecuadorean plaintiffs in an environmental suit against the energy giant.
