Judge Keeps Shipyard Contractor FCA Suit Alive For Now

Law360, New York (June 26, 2013, 4:49 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge refused to rule against shipyard contractor Hendry Corp. and others Wednesday in a qui tam False Claims Act suit, saying there was room for debate over whether they knowingly misrepresented a business to qualify for government contracts reserved for disabled veterans.
