Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 2:00 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court refused Wednesday to certify a proposed class action against Wells Fargo Bank N.A. accusing the bank of misclassifying certain managers as overtime-exempt, affirming a ruling that the duties of each class member varied too widely to group them together.
