Injunction Against Burbank Wal-Mart Construction Tossed

Law360, Los Angeles (June 27, 2013, 1:55 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Wednesday threw out a preliminary injunction blocking Wal-Mart Stores Inc. from developing a 153,000-square-foot store in Burbank, Calif., reversing a trial court judgment siding with locals who claimed the project failed to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act.
