Intuit Resolves Calif. Antitrust Suit Over Hiring Pacts

Law360, New York (June 27, 2013, 1:28 PM EDT) -- Personal finance software company Intuit Inc. has settled antitrust claims lodged in federal court by the California attorney general's office over agreements not to hire certain employees from other technology companies, an Intuit spokeswoman confirmed Thursday.

The state of California and Intuit have reached a deal to resolve antitrust claims stemming from the company's recruiting practices in California, Intuit spokeswoman Diane Carlini told Law360. The terms of the settlement were not immediately available.
