Justices Asked To Tie ERISA Time Limits To Final Claim Denial

Law360, New York (June 27, 2013, 8:02 PM EDT) -- A former Wal-Mart Stores Inc. employee on Monday urged the U.S. Supreme Court to find that the clock does not start running on filing suit under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act over the denial of a disability claim until a plaintiff has exhausted all internal processes.
