Law360, New York (June 27, 2013, 2:02 PM EDT) -- An attorney for the owner of a building in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood told a New York state judge Thursday that it didn't have to pay a commission to a broker for a proposed $112 million sale to Vornado Realty Trust because it never agreed to the deal.
