Jones Day Can Remain Macy's Counsel In JC Penney Feud

Law360, New York (June 27, 2013, 4:12 PM EDT) -- Jones Day can continue representing Macy's Inc. in its feud with J.C. Penney Inc., a New York state appeals court ruled Thursday, finding that the trademark work the firm did for J.C. Penney in Asia was unrelated to a trial over Martha Stewart's home goods.
