Davis Polk's Leibowitz Heading Up Industry Privacy Group

Law360, Chicago (June 27, 2013, 3:31 PM EDT) -- Former Federal Trade Commission chairman and current Davis Polk LLP partner Jon Leibowitz will help lead a new privacy group, announced on Wednesday, that counts AT&T, Comcast and other telecommunications firms as members and is aimed at pushing for modern data security and privacy laws.
