Tribe Wants Greenberg Off Grand Canyon Skywalk Case

Law360, New York (June 27, 2013, 7:31 PM EDT) -- A Native American tribe sought Wednesday to disqualify Greenberg Traurig LLP for “serious kinds of unethical conduct” over the firm's alleged use of confidential documents in the tribe's Grand Canyon property dispute with a developer represented by the firm.

In a motion for disqualification, the Hualapai tribe accused Greenberg Traurig of reading and submitting to the Arizona federal court at least two confidential documents the tribe had received from its counsel Gallagher & Kennedy PA.
