Miami Says Claims Fail In Archdiocese's $89M Zoning Suit

Law360, Miami (June 27, 2013, 7:13 PM EDT) -- The city of Miami on Wednesday asked a Florida state court to dismiss the Catholic archbishop of Miami's suit alleging a zoning change devalued an Archdiocese property by $89 million, saying the suit failed to state proper claims.
