Lexington Can't Shake $10M In Hailstorm Damage Claims

Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 1:59 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge rejected Lexington Insurance Co.’s efforts to escape declaratory judgment claims brought by a real estate firm seeking $10 million in damages from a massive 2010 hailstorm on Thursday, but shot down the firm’s bid to secure future coverage.
