Miss. Can't Bounce Plavix Suit To State Court, Judge Says

Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 3:53 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Thursday denied Mississippi’s bid to remand to state court its suit alleging Bristol-Meyers Squibb Co. and Sanofi-Aventis U.S. LLC covered up negative news about their blood thinner Plavix and bilked the state and others out of hundreds of millions of dollars.
