IT Manager Gets Probation For Leaking NJ Mayor's Emails

Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 4:41 PM EDT) -- A former information technology manager with the city of Hoboken, N.J., was sentenced Friday to five years' probation for intercepting emails meant for town mayor Dawn Zimmer and other city officials and leaking those communications to others.

Patrick Ricciardi, 46, of Hoboken, pled guilty in March to accessing a computer without authorization, intercepting wire and electronic communications and disclosing those communications.
