Law360, Chicago (July 1, 2013, 6:40 PM EDT) -- Omeros Corp. on Thursday asked a Washington federal judge to disqualify Davis Wright Tremaine LLP as co-counsel to Carolina Casualty Insurance Co. in a coverage dispute arising from False Claims Act litigation with a former employee, alleging the law firm has shown an “extraordinary” disregard for ethics rules.
