2nd Circ. Upholds 3 Convictions In Galleon Offshoot Case

Law360, New York (July 1, 2013, 3:54 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Monday upheld the convictions of two former Galleon traders and another man who were involved in a scheme to obtain confidential information on public companies from Ropes & Gray LLP lawyers who had access to the firm's files on corporate acquisitions.
