Lockheed Launches Int'l Biz As US Defense Spending Drops

Law360, New York (July 1, 2013, 3:15 PM EDT) -- Lockheed Martin Corp. launched a new business division on Monday, seeking to grow the company's international business as U.S. defense spending declines.

The new division, Lockheed Martin International, will be led by Lockheed Executive Vice President Patrick M. Dewar, who has been with Lockheed for 28 years. LMI will be headquartered in London and Washington, D.C., with offices in Ottawa, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Canberra, Tel Aviv, New Delhi, Tokyo and Seoul, the company said.
