Cablevision Turns To High Court In NLRB Quorum Fight

Law360, New York (July 1, 2013, 7:28 PM EDT) -- Cablevision Systems Corp. said Monday that it had asked the U.S. Supreme Court to put the brakes on pending National Labor Relations Board cases that the company claims the board has no power to pursue because the agency lacks the required three-member quorum.
