UTC's Judgment Upped To $664M In Jet Engine FCA Suit

Law360, New York (July 1, 2013, 8:55 PM EDT) -- An Ohio federal judge on Monday increased a judgment against United Technologies Corp. to $664 million, adding $191 million in prejudgment interest to the damages in a False Clams Act suit alleging the company misled the U.S. Air Force in a bidding war for a jet engine contract.
