Brookstone Didn't Pay For Missed Breaks, OT, Suit Says

Law360, New York (July 2, 2013, 2:00 PM EDT) -- Brookstone Inc. was hit with a proposed class action Monday in California court in by an ex-employee accusing the retailer of gypping its workers in the Golden State out of pay for some of the hours they worked, including meal and rest breaks that they skipped to continue working.
