BP, Shell Slammed With More Crude-Oil Price-Fixing Claims

Law360, New York (July 2, 2013, 7:54 PM EDT) -- An Illinois private placement fund mounted a putative class action against BP PLC, Royal Dutch Shell PLC and Statoil ASA in New York Monday over the alleged crude oil futures manipulation scheme that put the companies in the crosshairs of a recent European regulatory sting.
