Zero Impact False Ad Row Can Stay In Fed. Court: 9th Circ.

Law360, Chicago (July 2, 2013, 7:08 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit ruled Tuesday that a putative class action alleging Vital Pharmaceuticals Inc. falsely marketed its Zero Impact protein bars can stay in federal court, saying Vital showed there was at least $5 million in controversy as required by the federal Class Action Fairness Act.
