Pa. Club Says Its Exotic Dancers Are Independent Workers

Law360, New York (July 3, 2013, 6:29 PM EDT) -- The Penthouse Club Philadelphia asked a Pennsylvania federal judge to dismiss a proposed class action alleging the gentlemen's club has withheld gratuities and back pay from its exotic dancers, saying the dancers are independent busineswomen who rent stage time and aren't actual employees.
